XRJ Transceiver
Our XRJ is a breakthrough in cutting edge Ka-band VSAT engineering techniques. This multi-orbit transceiver is highly suitable for the demanding government and defence market as well as for commercial deployments.
For the government market, the XRJ covers the full extended Ka-band range in both receive and transmit. It provides 25 Watts of linear power which is the highest of any transceiver on the market and is also available in 5w, 10w and 20w variants. It also supports the multi-orbit communications environment that is so critical to government connectivity, supporting GEO, MEO and LEO, enabling all-important consistent communications for any application across any domain – land, sea or air.
For commercial users, thanks to its ruggedised IP-67 sealed enclosure, land and marine regulatory compliance, and high throughput optimisation, the XRJ can be used across all markets, from fixed stations to marine and mobility sectors. Supporting the latest S-Band modem IF technologies with 10 MHz reference compatibility, the XRJ is optimised for high throughput for global consumer enterprise deployments. It covers full commercial Ka band with four sub bands and four different power levels available.
XY Antenna
The XY antenna allows multi-orbit capability across GEO, MEO, LEO, and HEO. It can be switched between the high frequency Ka- and Ku-bands and can also be operated using outdoor or indoor control systems, depending on user requirements.
The antenna’s integrated system is unique on the market today, with no requirement for the transportation of multiple discrete feed elements and radio frequency units. This is all packaged into a transceiver that is attached to the back of the antenna reflector. The use of a transceiver brings huge advantages in terms of reduced size, weight, power and cost. It packs the equivalent of multiple BUCs, LNBs, and ports into one neat package.
