Gordon Blaikie brings over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing and operations and was previously the Operations Director for Amphenol. Since joining Global Invacom in 2012, Mr Blaikie has been responsible for overseeing the manufacturing entities and sales functions of the Group and regularly working closely with the Board and senior management team to improve the Group's operating performance.

Robert Mallinson brings 25 years of senior Finance experience across a wealth of different industries, including Hospitality, Media & Events, Technology & Telecoms. With extensive experience across FTSE 100, SME and P/E ownership structures, Mr Mallinson has strong financial and commercial leadership, which he couples with enthusiasm and an engaging approach.

Robert Potter has been active in the satcoms industry for more than 30 years, holding a number of high level engineering and management roles at leading companies. Mr Potter joined Global Invacom in 2025 as Chief Technical Officer. He is specialized in radio communications and hardware/firmware design and has worked with clients worldwide, delivering technical systems in more than 60 countries.

Jonathan Wing is a senior Business Development and Sales Director with extensive business, financial, and commercial acumen, with particular expertise in the Satellite Mobility, Broadcast, and Telco markets. Having joined Global Invacom in 2025, Mr Wing is responsible for managing existing and new sales across EMEA & the Americas. Strategically driving the business forward in a changing and challenging landscape, and creating new partner models.

Johann Panait is an experienced engineer and sales professional, who has worked in the satcoms industry for many years. He has held previous roles with Alcatel Lucent, General Dynamics, and Andrew Corporation. He was Director of Sales and Business Development at Skyware before its acquisition by Global Invacom.
