We are the world’s only full-service outdoor unit supplier of satellite antenna products and services for Ku-band and Ka-band frequency platforms. We are also one of the world’s only designers and manufacturers of both electronics and antenna solutions for the Data Over Satellite (“DOS”) and Direct To Home (“DTH”) satellite ground equipment markets.
Global Invacom Group Limited (“Global Invacom” or the “Group”) is uniquely listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) and the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (“AIM”) in the United Kingdom.
With a legacy that dates back to 1985, Global Invacom’s inception on the Singapore Exchange was the result of a reverse takeover in 2012 of United Kingdom-based satellite equipment company Global Invacom Holdings Limited by SGX-ST listed Radiance Group Limited. On completion of the reverse takeover the holding company was renamed Global Invacom Group Ltd.
In 2014, Global Invacom shares were admitted to trading on AIM, raising the Group’s international profile and better positioning the Group to continue its selective acquisition strategy as it seeks to consolidate the satellite communications industry.
Global Invacom is one of five companies worldwide involved in the innovation, design, production and supply of satellite communications solutions to some of the world’s largest satellite broadcasters and DOS providers following industry-wide consolidation and the Digital Channel Stacking Switch paradigm shift in 2018.
With locations in Canada, China, Germany, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Romania, Malaysia, Israel, UK and the United States, we provide a full range of satellite ground equipment including antennas (C, Ku and Ka bands), Low Noise Block (“LNB”) receivers, transceivers, fibre distribution equipment, transmitters, switches and video distribution components as well as manufacturing services in military and medical industries.
