We have Earth Station Antenna (ESA) motorizations ready for any ESA antenna of any size from 3.7-11m, for S, C, X, Ku or Ka band and any brand.

The ESA Motorization is available with antenna system or as an upgrade package for an already installed antenna systems.

The complete antenna system is made up of:

a motorizable pedestal mount adapted for any available antenna,
an Azimuth Jackscrew with a total travel range of up to 180°,
an Elevation Jack with 80° travel range,
two strong variable speed AC Gearmotors,
Outdoor Unit (ODU) cabinet and APS700 Antenna Control Unit
and if ordered a Polarization Motor system with Rotary Joint turning the feed 360°.

An Intelligent Motor Control unit is monitoring and controlling any aspect for all three motors like position, top speed, ramping, power consumption, limit switches and more. The Motor and the iMCU together make an antenna system pointing accuracy far better then 0.01°. The speed of the Motors is variable it can be set manually and can be up to 0.3°/sec. The complete system of Motors & iMCUs is controller by an APS700 Antenna Control Unit (ACU) via CANopen protocol using only one cable in-between Controller and iMCUs. Optical transmission in-between IDU and ODU is also available.

The ACU offers antenna controls and different options like tracking on different inputs, multifeed control, Remote M&C via Modbus and a Web interface.

This is suitable for any Receiver Transmitter (RxTx) and Receive Only (RxO) applications, broadband and broadcasting, news gathering, telecoms and TT&C.
